As the week wore down it was inevitable that I needed to visit the grocery store. I was coming down to a little of this and a little of that in my cabinets and fridge.

Including a couple of tomatoes and some cilantro. I hate to throw out produce. So, what should I do with them? I decided that before they go bad to make Salsa.

It was pretty good for not following any type of recipe.

Prep time 10 mins or less.

2 small tomatoes chopped

1 handful of cilantro chopped

(I cut of the off stems then roll the cilantro into a ball and chop with a knife.)

1 tsp of minced garlic ( about one clove of fresh if you don't use minced)

3 tsp of lime juice

1/2 of a yellow onion chopped

Salt, pepper and cumin shaken in to my desired taste.

Then I let sit in the fridge for about an hour.

Yummy!
