Aviators Stadium Is Up For Sale

Got an extra 1.5 million dollars laying around? If so, you could be the next owner of the home of the Rockford Aviators on Riverside in Loves Park. Wouldn't that be fun?

Aviators Stadium is currently owned by Northside Community Bank, and will be hitting the auction block this March with bidding closing on April 2. Bidding starts at 1.5 million dollars, so you better start saving your pennies.

Before you freak out about not being able to spend this summer at the ballpark with your family, read this. MKE Sport & Entertainment, owners of the Rockford Aviators, say they are aware of the situation, and that they have a lease with the bank that is good through the 2015 season.
