There's a brand new recall for more than 300,000 cars and SUVs, but airbags aren't the issue for a change. This time, the problem is something completely different.

The recall concerns the headlights. According to Headline News, low-beam headlights on some GM vehicles can just stop working. Major hazard no matter where you live. Living in the Midwest, the shorter daylight days require more headlight use.

Here are the affected cars and SUV's included in this round of recalls:

Buick Lacrosse
Chevy Trailblazer
GMC Envoy
Buick Rainier
Saab 97x
Isuzu Ascender

All are in the 2006 to 2009 model years.

This brings the total number of recalled cars this year, for any reason, to 30.4 million.
