Amazing Gravy Recipes

First I must make a shocking confession; I am not a gravy lover. It's usually the dish I let pass me by at Thanksgiving. Gravy, and anything squash. None for me, thanks. Perhaps my lack of appreciation for this beloved side dish is because I have never had awesome gravy?
