After Working Out Grab for Milk
It's January and many resolutions made involved some sort of diet, exercise and just getting healthy.
Remember this after a working out. Don't reach for a protein shake, gatorade.
Reach for milk.
According to this study from Griffith University in Australia the best way to rehydrate your body and basically refuel is to drink milk.
Wow! Really. So it's true, Milk does a body good.
Hmm... maybe if it's a chilled glass of chocolate milk I wouldn't mind grabbing that.
