A Sinkhole Caused an Accident in DeKalb

Usually, when we hear about sinkholes we think it's in Florida or California, but not today.

This one was discovered in DeKalb this morning.

DeKane Scanner Incidents posted this picture on their Facebook of a sinkhole in DeKalb today.

This is at Stadium Drive and Lincoln Highway right out front of the drive to the NIU Convocation Center.

Wow! What the heck!

I sure hope that person has good insurance.

April showers bring sinkholes apparently in Illinois.

You know Rockford has it's pothole problems, but at least those are easy to take care of.

Thank God there aren't sinkholes popping up like this one in DeKalb.
