A New Shopping Experience is Coming to Downtown Rockford

If you love shopping then you're going to love this new shopping experience coming to downtown Rockford.

Not just once but three times this summer.

WREX News reported that the River District Association is setting up 3 different days this summer inviting the community to enjoy "Shop the Blocks".

Local businesses and restaurants will bring their inside outside for the the public to browse their wears and indulge in their food and drink.

The River District Association hopes that by holding these three day events will bring more traffic to the downtown and introduce more people to some of the unique shops and restaurants Rockford has to offer in this area.

Several downtown businesses will be participating including Salvaged by Sonya, Rockford Art Deli and Bath and Body Fusion.

The three "Shop the Blocks" will take place this summer on July 3rd, August 8th and September 5th.
