It's the start of a new year, and no doubt many of us have included "getting healthier" in our resolutions this year. Well, a healthier lifestyle all stems from quality sleep they say, so these tips should help us get started on the right path.
Whether you believe in new year's resolutions or not, trying to establish a healthier daily routine is always a good idea. Every little step makes a difference. It doesn't need to be a "go big, or go home" situation. It can be as simple as doing a 30 second plank each morning when you wake up, or keeping a daily food journal to make you more aware of what you are eating. At least this is what I have been reading lately from the pros, and it does make sense. Anything you change is a step in the right direction and will eventually lead to bigger, better things.
