If you're like me, you need a distraction while working out. You need it to take your mind off what is exactly going on. I can't read while working out, there's too many things jiggling and it makes me feel carsick. I can listen to music, but sometimes that is not distracting enough. So, when I found this list on Buzzfeed today, I felt like I hit the jackpot. Some of these shows are over now, but you know you are watching reruns of them, so you have no excuses.
I watch a LOT of Grey's Anatomy reruns, so I better do this. I'd probably lose like 20 pounds in one week. LOL!
